I so enjoy seeing these signs with proper theology. Today at a parade near our house a street preacher was yelling out for all to have faith in Jesus that their problems would go away. But that isn’t New Testament theology. New Testament theology is better started by Peter, “Why are you so surprised that you’re going thru a fiery ordeal.” And by Paul, “God comforts you [IN your problems] so that you can comfort others in the self same way.”
This is the blessing and comfort of True Faith, which makes things possibly while they are still difficult.
