Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
our Prayer (to God)
2 Samuel 22:7
In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and He did hear my voice out of His temple, and my cry did enter into His ears.
Take each Precept and Promise and Prayer and pray them back to the Lord as one prayer
