the Precept (Principle)

the Promise (from God)

Luke 1:78b, 79b

The Dayspring from on high hath visited us, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

our Prayer (to God)

Psalm 109:26-27

Help me, O Lord my God: O save me according to Thy mercy: that they may know that this is Thy hand; that Thou, Lord, hast done it.

Take each Precept and Promise and Prayer and pray them back to the Lord as one prayer

FREE prayer helps are always available on our Prayer-Basics-Page

NOTE: If I may speak directly to the graduates. Young people, as you move forward in your journey through life, peace will be elusive, unless it comes from the Lord. And here’s the cool part. He WANTS to bring you peace, no matter your situation.

TURNING THE ABOVE DAY’S VERSES INTO A PRAYER

Oh Lord, You bring us peace, Your Son is our peace, (Ephesians 2:14) and when we focus on the things of the Spirit we have peace (Romans 8:6). By Your mercy, I know that the peace I experience comes from Your hand. Help me Oh Lord, by bringing me that peace.

NOTE: We all know about God. My challenge to you is to know God. His hand moves as we pray based on who we know He is…Get to know Him.
