Giving Thanks in All Things

the Precept (Principle)

Deuteronomy 10:12

And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul.

the Promise (from God)

Psalm 147:11

The Lord taketh pleasure in them that fear Him, in those that hope in His mercy.

our Prayer (to God)

Psalm 144:3

Lord, what is man, that Thou takest knowledge of him! Or the Son of man, that Thou makest account of Him?

Take each Precept and Promise and Prayer and pray them back to the Lord as one prayer

FREE prayer helps are always available on our Prayer-Basics-Page

THANKFUL: Father, thank You for not only desiring obedience from us, but also promising to see us through our trials. Thank You Lord.

TURNING THE ABOVE DAY’S VERSES INTO A PRAYER

Truly, You oh Lord, OUR God, require worship, worship that shows itself in obedience, and in that You give us pleasures and mercy. You give us hope and contentment. Oh Lord, I know me, why do You take note of me? I don’t know, but You do. Thank You Lord.

NOTE: When you think that your prayer request isn’t important enough to talk to God about, remember the lilies of the field, would you? (Matthew 6:28)
