My Dear Pray-ers,
If you are in the USA, this is Thanksgiving week!
And if you are the typical Christian, you are saying, “Yes! I have a lot to be thankful for.”
Do you mind if I challenge you though? It’s easy to thank the Lord for the good things in your life, right?
But may I ask? What is your attitude about the difficult things in your life?
I did this “fall-inspired” video out at the barn where Coraçáo is boarded. If you’ve heard me speak you have probably already heard this as I like to share it often. Please note that the video is only 2 minutes long. CLICK HERE.
And if you’re going to thank the Lord FOR everything, then you know that the evil one will bring up worry, and he’ll bring up worry in both a direct fashion and subtle fashion.
So I think that my “Worry-Video” needs to be revisited. Here is my 3 minute “Worry-Video” for you to review.
Below you will see a couple of new SWAYS (digital ministry story-boards).
And note our post on praying during the fires and the drought here in Georgia, called “Drought & Fire Bring Troubles & Fears” which goes hand in hand with my Thanksgiving video above.
Let me also share what started as a Bible Study and has become an important post. It is a post I am calling “What Do Pray-ers Look Like?”
Blessings my friends,
Mark

We have had some very unique Prayer Books. Please take a look at them. While we don’t look at “Black Friday” like retailers do, we’d be honored if you did some of your Christmas purchasing from us.
Remember that you can find more information on our novel in our SWAY dedicated to The Pray-ers.
I found a wonderful little children’s book of verses from 1887. Combining that with prayers based on those verses, the outcome is this little book. It is only $5.00. And, you know who likes these the most? Yep, parents and grandparents reading one or two prayers per night to their youngsters.
That sure sounds like a marketing ploy! But if you enjoy drinking out of a mug, let it be our themed mug you’re drinking from. And while you’re at it, take a look at “The Pray-ers” Tote, and the novel.
The more I study and the more I teach, the more committed I am to prayer. And just as Michael Guido had a Prayer Board, so do I. This is a representation of my prayer board, which is on the wall, next to me as I type. We hope that over the internet we can make you aware of our prayer requests
Please, feel no obligation, but if you would like to, you can donate to Common Thread Ministries. We are looking for 100 people to commit to $25.00/mos for our Kenya Ministry. This will allow us to make one part time guy permanent and Mark can return three times each year to Kenya.
Thank you.

We have made some DRASTIC improvements to the calendar. Please take the time to check it out, and, if you will, use it to pray for us. Thank you.
